In response to the customers complaint there is more information that I would need to make an educated decision on this matterTo address the strut issue the customer
stated that the struts were installed incorrectlyI need to know what was incorrect with the installation in their eyesAlso stated that we didn’t replace the bushings when the struts were replacedI need to know what bushings they are referring toFinally the statement that all the bolts were left loose causing a grinding noiseWhat bolts and where were left loose that was causing the grinding noiseI appreciate your time on getting this information for me so I can respond in a timely manner to the complaint

I am attach[redacted] repair orders and am stat[redacted] that I was talked into unnecessary repairs (which were done incorrectly and have to be re-done) and blatantly lied to on more than one occasion. I also have questions whether some work was done at all, namely the rack and pinion when I was told he lost or couldn't find my original part. I have heard from both your dealership and others that this technician (Kevin) was perform[redacted] substandard work for awhile and he was let go because of it. I am find[redacted] out now that a lot of the work that was done, has to be redone correctly. Chris K[redacted] at Bradley told me the bolts were lose on the struts installed and there were parts on the struts that were not replaced and now the whole job has to be disassembled and redone correctly and that the transmission pan, gasket and filter were not replaced and this work has to be redone.

Received a recall notice in regards to a vehicle I owned. Contacted them on 9/02/15 to SCHEDULE an APPOINTMENT to have it addressed, appointment was scheduled a week later, on 9/10/15 @ 9:00 a.m. Arrived there half hour prior to appointment and was greeted immediately and service slip was filled out. Was told it would take about an hour to complete the work. Went and sat in their guest area. TWO FULL HOURS LATER!!! Was informed that they didn't have the parts and would have to make an appointment for me to return after they receive the parts. Yeah, right!!! Because appointments have meaning obviously. Would lodge a complaint, but don't intend on returning there to give them the opportunity to fix it. They lost that privilege already by not informing of not having the parts to fix the issue within 15 mins of my appointment time and explaining they had to reschedule due to the issue.

the vehicle. I feel that in no way is Findlay Motor Company responsible.

Yes, a GM dealership in Phoenix completed warranty repairs and tried to fix the compression issue caused by Findlays poor service repairs to my truck. These compression issues didn't exist before the repairs. These repairs come with a more than 5000 mile warranty, but Findlay doesn't want to honor their warranty. [redacted] of Surprise diagnosed part of the problem being the sleeves on the injectors were not replaced per standard protocol and were damaged. They had to fix this and see if the issue continued. It did. We have been trying to get Findlay to return phone calls to approve the next step.
