If I could give this place a 0 I would. The absolute worse experience I have ever had. My hair was terrible for my wedding, and I had no choice but to go with it because I had 30 minutes to get to my wedding. Ashley did my hair and she knew I was upset. She barely curled my hair and walked around me for an hour with a curling iron. I could see how horrible it was looking so I mentioned several times to her that if my hair was not going to hold curl then she needed to do an up-do. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did a half [redacted] attempt. She pinned it back and the top was very bumpy, and then took off my cape. I cried.... I was so... so upset. She had just done my make up as well. So all my make up came off, and she never offered to fix it. Plus, she never even put eyeliner on me, which is a standard thing when doing someones makeup. She pulled out her personal mascara to use on me, which is unsanitary. So, I was crying and I told her that a bride was supposed to feel pretty on her wedding day, and I felt less than beautiful. She took my hair down and half way curled it. I looked horrible for my wedding day. The owner did not offer a refund and All my pictures look like crap. Thanks Ashley, and Thanks Stacey for making it a horrible experience.
