Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I knew their response would be to refute any claims I made regarding this matter, so I am not surprised in the least! What they claim to have happened is 100% untrue! If that were the case why would I be going through all the trouble to report what happened? I don't know any of these people personally, I have no vendetta against them, nor do I have anything to gain in doing this.? I do however want people to know what they tried to do to me, and to be aware when dealing with this businessIf what I am doing protects even one person from going through what I did, then it is all worth it! Regards, [redacted]

Since I am not seeking a refund, because money was not exchangedI suppose I would like an explanation as to why they tried to rip me offWhy they would try to take advantage of an older lady that way

First we wold like to refute any ridiculous claim we prey on women and seniorsWe have been
servicing the area for automotive and tie needs for years and have an outstanding reputation in the communityThat said, *** brought in her vehicle with miles on for an oil change and a courtesy check to review what was needed on the vehicle and see if anything would be needed in order to pass inspectionUpon completing the courtesy check we explained to her the vehicle had two torn wiper blades, the serpentine belt was worn and the nylon stitching showing, two of the struts were leaking fluid and one of her tires had a shifted beltWhen we explained what was recommended she became upset and declined the recommendationsOur objective is to keep customers vehicles in safe operating conditionIt is unfortunate who ever she claims inspected her vehicle overlooked the torn wiper blades, fraying serpentine belt and bad tire with shifted beltA technician passing an unsafe vehicle for an inspection is a violation and we are concerned someone would pass an unsafe vehicleThat is not doing the customer any justiceWe did nothing wrong by recommending needed work to a customer.Thank You,Brian *** The Tire Warehouse
