I m not curtain I understand what it is you are requestingI do have receipt from Green Jacket cleaners for the garment in questionAlso I would like to add that my last name is misspelled on their computer system (***) and they have my old telephone # *** mrs*** refused to update information

This is a follemail regarding the complaint #***.As mentioned in earlier email, we are not convinced of the transaction claimed by the customerIf the customer brings us the receipt or the blouse that she claimed that we put a stain on, we can do whatever she claims forWithout any proven evidence such as the receipt and/or the blouse, we regret to say that we cannot accept her claim.Best,Green Jacket CleanerLexington Street, Waltham, MA

Thanks for the photo copy of the receipt regarding the complint #[redacted]. Looking at the receipt, we are further convinced that the claim the customer presented is based on counterfactual belief. What the Korean letters on the receipt is a note by the emplyee  in charge of dry cleaning for reminding the customer that even though we tried to remove the stain, we could not completely remove it on the jacket that was received with the blouse under issue. There is no possibility that we put the stain on the blouse. Through the 3-4 steps of procedure, any item is checked of remaining stains, if any. When it turns out that we cannot remove the stain, we give up cleaning in order not to do any damage on the cloth and we ask the customers of whether they want us to try further or not. Further there is no potential source of stain during the process of cleaning and pressing. If the customer wants, he/she can translate what the note in Korean means from a third party. Once again, we cannot admit the alleged damage that the customer claims. We never send out items with stains on. Thanks.

]one again I am enclosing a photo copy of receipt  I will not step foot in the cleaners again do to the fact that Mrs [redacted] rudely threw me out of her dry cleaning shop when I went in to show her the damage her shop had done to my blouse, and secondly judging from her behavior I fear for my safety.
