Review: I've purchased from this vendor on several occasions. The last occasion resulted in the partial receipt of the order. The boat was lacking the transmitter and receiver. Upon being notified of the missing parts, a cryptic shorthand response was received via email with something regarding a receiver...I could not understand the intent of the email. Before I had a chance to call the vendor, another charge was placed on my credit card. I sent an email notifying the vendor that I did not authorize another charge and I was still missing the parts. The following day, a derogatory shorthand response was received asking me to take my business elsewhere. I still do not have the missing parts and I'm very upset that a charge was placed on my credit card without authorization!Desired Settlement: A refund of $150 for the missing parts and a reversal of the $118 charge that was not authorized.
