I hired this company for a full vehicle wrapnot only did they give me a awesome price, they did an excellent job! I would recommend Fine Designs Signs and Graphics for anyone who wants A+++ quality work at an honest price! Thanks again guys!

Ok we are not sure what to do in this situation with [redacted]. As we said before we have never had a problem with her as her liking and being satisfied with our work this is the first time we have had a problem we are sorry but we cant control that I got into a car accident we have offered her 2 options that are more then fair the truth of the matter is that her sign would  have been installed weeks ago if she would of worked with us and not did all of this with the Revdex.com she knows where we are located she has seen our equipment and has used our company several times there is no reason for her to react this way. We have giver her 2 options that are more then fair number one we can install her sign that is already completed number 2 we can install her sign and offer her a credit towards something else from our company that they need perhaps some banners or some other sign this is where we stand if she does not want to accept one of these options there is nothing we are willing to do. PLease feel free to call us or email us on the side to get more information about this I am not going to keep going back and fourth with her either she accepts one of the options and we all move on or she doesn't get anything

I am a one man operation and do not have employees I did have a partner before but recently went separate ways she paid my company in full for a sign for her company the total was...

650.00 I ordered her materials and then did her sign there was never no arranged set in stone date or contract that was put into place to have the sign installed by a certain date. the sign did take a little longer then normal to complete because I was very busy and had to wait on a roll of material a few days after I got her sign done I was involved into a car accident and hurt my back pretty bad and was ordered from my doctor to be on bed rest for atleast 30 days I did not get the chance to install her sign for her.she contacted me and I explained to her that I am not going to rip her off and that I just have to heal and then I would install her sign by the end of the week which would be June 14th and no later and on June 11th she posted this complaint she does not care that I injured myself she would rather me hurt myself more trying to install her sign then to just be a little more patient and get her sign installed. I even offered her some free products for being so patient and it was not good enough she is wanting us to install the sign and pay her a full refund her sign is done and ready for installation so we will not give her a full refund I offered her to install the sign or for her to come pickup the sign and that we would give her a credit for the install fee. and that was not good enough either she told me to not contact her again so we are trying to make this right with her and she does not want to cooperate

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  [redacted] is giving you among myself and my husband different stories. We were never told he was waiting on any material matter fact I have all the text messages and [redacted] messages of when the sign would be installed. He did have a partner and now he's claiming he doesn't have a partner. However, the excuses of him are no more. He's always been delayed on any of our orders, we had to get on him for our banner, our t shirts. Not one order has he done on a timely manner. He's upset that I contacted you and submitted a complaint. If need be I will send you all the messages and texts of us asking him about our orders... ALL OF THEM!! Including the one where he told my husband that the sign would be installed by a certain date. Also all of a sudden [redacted] is willingly to 1 give me credit or as he states in his [redacted] messaged refund me my money on the installation fee in which I've asked twice before and never even got an answer.  So I will get all those messages over to you before Monday. He has told us the sign was done on May 21, 2015 and now he's telling you that it got delayed due to he was waiting on material. He apparently can't keep his stories straight but like I said I have all texts and messages that will be sent to you before Monday.

I own a concrete cutting company in phoenix Arizona we contracted Fine Designs Signs & Graphics to do our full color wraps on our vehicles his designs, professionalism, and final product was very nice and we would recommend them to any company that has any visual marketing and or advertising needs!
