Fine Fare Supermarket

In 2020 I slipped and fell in the store because there was a ice delivery and the floor was wet, they refused to do a incident report or provide insurance information and told me that manager was not in. This went on for months.

I am not sure why I was charged 0.09% sales tax on a bottle of $0.99 cents water. Not the $0.05 that is normally charged.
While walking through the supermarket it had an unclean smell to it.
It needed to be cleaned and the spoiled or rotten things thrown out.

Review: Good day,On 9/** 2015,Ihave been going to this supermarket for 18 years.I am a disable nurse who always uses my food coupons from online companies like,[redacted] or [redacted]. They used to take my online coupons and being now I am on a fixed budget,and food prices are high,they refused to honor them and they are legit food coupons.Someone told me the managers name is [redacted].Please let me know if this is a lawful practice or unlawful,sincerly [redacted] lpn.Desired Settlement: To be able to use any legit food coupon at this supermarket.

Review: upon entering the fine fare supermarket it was beyond cold inside not only the temperature is cold outside roughly about 5 but also inside it's cold his employees are all sick coughing all over and when us as a value customers question him about turning up the heat he replied that it's not his problem and if we wanted to complain he told us feel free to dial 311Desired Settlement: Just try to make your customers more comfortable and supply a little heat for them as they walk in to the supermarket this way it's not as cold inside as it is outside
