correct in advising the price was $14.99). The floor and store manager advised the customer that this was clearly an error by the stock person when unpacking and marking the item and showed the customer the shelf tag matched the POS System (scanned price) which both reflected the correct price of $24.99. I beleive the issue that the customer is failing to advise and misrepresenting is that the store manager did not refuse to honor the incorrect marked price on one bottle of Bertolli Virgin Oil at the $4.99 price, this courtesy was extended to the customer. The issue arose when the customer refused the store managers offer and wanted the incorrect price to be honored on 4 bottles of the same oil at which point the store manager refused but always offering him the courtesy on one bottle. Customer refused the managers offer. It is this stores policy to honor the incorrect marked price to customers when it's a result of an error by a store employee.  [redacted]###-###-####[redacted]

Review: I sent my home attendant to buy a bag of bwings from the supermarket and she came back with a bag of what was suposed to be bwings. It was a bag of chicken scraps. There wasn't a whole wing in the entire bag. I took a picture so u can see what they are selling us. I found it ccompletely unacceptable. I sent it back for a refund. I received it but I feel you really need to see this, it was horrible. How do I send a piccture of the product?Desired Settlement: I along with others in the neighborhood that they start selling us produce that's worth us buying. Just because we live in a low income area, doesnt mean we have to be offered to buy just anything.

Review: I shopped at the store on 3/**/14. I noticed a sign advertising Wesson cooking oil on the shelf were the oil was displayed. It read 48 oz Wesson oil all types $3.99 a bottle. By the time I picked the product up, continued shopping and made it to the register the sign had been removed and the product rang up $8.99. The manager and cashier ignored the fact that I said the sign was there and would not honor the price. It seems as though they realized the error and removed the sign with haste just before I reached up front. Perhaps another customer had the same issue.Desired Settlement: I did pay the $8.99 because I was embarrassed since all eyes were on me.

Review: My mother [redacted] is in receipt of snap benefits, every year snap give her $25.00 in cash.on 1/**/14 she went to the Fine Fare store did some shopping and request her $25.00 dollars in cash. it was denied by the store manager and they charge her groceries against her cash no to the snap. they never ask if she wants to paid with the case giving by snap or use her food stamps. I think is very abusive of this store no to ask or give the client they cash. I would like an investigation if is possible. and also check there products prices as well. thank you in advance.please contact me if any information is required.Desired Settlement: I would like to know if my the store manager have the right no to give the cash to the client

Sincerely,

Review: Dear Sirs/Madam,On Wednesday April **, 2015 I visited the store to purchase food items for my elderly mother as I normally do every few days. The Fine Fare Supermarkets is the only one within a 1.5 mile of the [redacted] Housing projects.Prices are higher than other Supermarkets within a two mile radius. While choosing the food items needed for my mother. I had in the shopping basket a bottle of Bertolli Vigin Oil of 32 oz for $4.99. A good price and all others on shelve of same kind were the same price of $4.99.As all the items are scanned, the price of the Bertolli Vigin Oil displayed on the cash registrar was $14.99. I mentioned the incorrect price and floor manger he checked the price and all other same bottles of Bertolli, he then called the store manager and he refused to sell the Bertolli Vigin Oil at the marked price of $4.99.Desired Settlement: To sell the item at the marked price, if that is the law in New York City. I will be in New York until May *, 2015. I return to [redacted] on May *, 2015.Thank you for attention to this matter,[redacted]
