Description:
We bought a mattress and base from the Fine home store. A month later we went in to complain that it
was not comfortable. they said give it more time to break in. we came back a month later they said the
same thing. Went in in April to tell them that it wasn't going to work for us and they said sorry out of
warranty now.

Hello,

We hold ourselves to high standards at Fine Home Furnishings. We offer everything we possibly can to the consumer regarding any claims or problems they may have with the product. As agreed upon with the manufacturer of the product, consumer needs to use product for a certain time period after mattress delivery. Customer came in saying they had issues with the firmness, so the sales person gave them a couple tips on how to make mattress a little more comfortable. Our sales staff are all trained to mention the 90 day satisfaction guarantee by *** and *** during the mattress sale so that customers are comfortable knowing that they would have another option if the mattress isn't reaching fulfillment. We don't have records showing another conversation until they called after the satisfaction guarantee expired. When that phone call occurred we still attempted to help out the customer, the customer claimed the mattress itself was wrong, so we asked to get the law label from the mattress so we could contact the manufacturer and let them know of the situation. The customer did not send that email and after some time we closed the file regarding the situation. We do everything that the manufacturer allows us to do, unfortunately we can't do anything outside of that or else it voids the warranty.

Purchased bed and we have been waiting for the rail to be replaced over 3 months. They are blaming the manufacturer but they are selling furniture. There is a huge lack of follow up and customer service.

We are sorry to hear that Mrs.-*** is upset with the manufacturer's warranty claim process, and we understand her frustration. We would like to assure her that part was ordered on our end and was shipped out by the factory. We will be in touch with her to set up service as soon as the rail arrives.
