These guys are absolutely incredible - could not recommend them enough. They packed us and moved us quickly and seamlessly. Nothing was lost or damaged. Moving is so stressful and many moving companies take full advantage of that. Fine express is not one of those companies. They made the whole experience easy breezy and they get an A++ for communication.

Found this company while looking for movers on Revdex. This was my first time using a moving company and they made it easy as possible. I messaged them on their website and they responded quickly and with all the information I needed. Fine Express team communicated everything in the initial conversation when had and kept me updated all the way up until moving day. There are no hidden fees. Just the hourly fee and the transportation fee. The movers were very professional and time efficient. I will definitely chose this company again when we move again in the next upcoming months.

Eli responded very quickly to my request and gave me a fair estimate. The guys that moved my things in were professional, worked quickly, and nothing was damaged.

After I requested a quote I received a very timely response and a follow up email and phone call to ensure I didn't have any questions. Eli was extremely responsive and patient with any questions I had. She gave me tips for packing, guided me to tutorials online and ensured I had all the supplies that I needed as well. During the move Fine Express team worked diligently as not to waste any time and were professional, respectful and personable as well. The amount of care that they took wrapping / moving my furniture and belongings was unprecedented! Team was exactly what I was hoping for. They were punctual, polite, VERY CAREFUL, asked me questions when they needed clarification. Michael is an excellent foreman. He communicated very well with his team and they look to him for guidance when they weren't sure about anything which wasn't often. He made me feel at ease with the prepping my items for loading and assured me that they'd do there very best to ensure everything was safe and secure. Michael and his team were very organized and timely. It did not take them a long time to get the items loaded. Michael made sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. Even when I wasn't sure what to do, he made very helpful suggestion to aid me in my decision. If you want a moving company that you can trust, go with Fine Express Inc.

Amazingly fast and courteous service! The two guys that were moving my things were extremely polite and the speed of their work leaves you speechless! Especially since my apartment is on 5th floor with no elevator. The price was also one of the cheapest of 10 companies that I have called, and even though I had more things than I listed to the sales person, they took all of that without charging me anything extra. A+ service! Really can't say enough about this company. Very professional, courteous and do not drag their feet when it comes to moving you in or out. They take very good care of all of your belongings with tightly wrapped blankets to make sure all of your stuff remains in perfect condition. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for movers!

This was the best experience I have had with any moving company ever. They were extremely professional protected and wrapped every piece of furniture, broke down the furniture appropriately for wrapping, were super nice and took care in delivering and placing the furniture into our new home. I would recommend them 100 times out of 100.

I would like to praise fine express for an excellent moving service that was done recently.
I moved twice in the past year and a half,once to New Orleans and more recent one within New York City.
The price was reasonable and the service was done exactly as promised by the sales staff.
The moving crew definitely deserve 5 stars!

I had a very positive experience with Fine Express, I am also pleased to recommend there services to any one looking to move. The crew was very professional and courteous and attentive to my every needs. They provided me with a sense of security when handling my personal items and a sense of comfort when they demonstrated the concern they had for my items as I was. Surely all company's do good work, but Fine express Inc. went the extra mile for me, and I was very happy with my move.. Ultimately.

On-time, professional, friendly, and quick! I had a great experience with Fine Express & the crew moving from an apartment to out of state 1 family. The team handled my items with care and diligence. Not a single item broken or scratched, impressive! Word of advice: Don't wait until last minute, the better you're prepared the smoother your experience. Prepare well, pack loose items in boxes, use bubble wrap for dishes/glass etc., and let these guys do the heavy lifting, moving, disassembly etc. Best moving experience thus far!

Review: I was quoted an estimate of billing for a move ($475.). Upon delivery of the furniture (4 piece and 5 boxes), we were instructed that the bill would be 1.5 times what was estimate ($730). I complained about the discrepancy, but they said that they would not bring up the 4 pieces and 5 boxes if it wasn't paid. This was on Saturday, July [redacted]. I followed up with a call on Monday morning, July [redacted] and to have them explain their procedures. They told me that it took 2 hours to get there vs 1.5 hours. So they need to charge me for that time. But it only took the workers 20-30 minutes on each end to pack and unpack the furniture and boxes (total of 1 hour max), yet they charged me for 3.5 hours. (Would not provide credit for that estimate. I was told that they would call me back that day and they did not. It is now two days later and I have not receive a phone call from anyone at their business, as promised. Based on Fine Express Moving estimate quoted, I believe Fine Moving owe us money back. Since they stated that it would take 1.5 hours of driving time and the estimated time on both [redacted] Maps and [redacted] putting in the addresses given to you was 50 minutes and if I double it for whatever reason, that is approximately 100 minutes or 1.6 hours. I little over what you estimate. The loading of materials took 20-30 minutes on the ** end and unloading the materials on the ** end took again another 20-30 minutes for a total of 1 hour max. You estimated 3.5 hours. That is 2 hours in my favor. I say you owe me those 2 hours @ $95 back along with the over charging of $255. for a total of $435.Desired Settlement: A credit of $435 is provided back to me.

Review: I was contacted by [redacted] at Fine Moving and Storage after requesting a quote for an upcoming move. After several discussions I agreed to contract Fine Moving with the understanding that their quote would be reasonably accurate and that all fees had been disclosed.Once my belongings were loaded onto the moving truck the invoice provided was 2x my most recent quote. My loaded inventory was substantially in line with the estimate I had provided. Additionally, I was charged a 5% credit card fee. After calling [redacted] I was told that the company is not responsible for the accuracy of its estiamtes and that the credit card fee was an oversight they could do nothing about. I was given the option of paying a substantial fee for the movers to leave my belongings on the street, in the rain which I was forced to decline.We agreed on a delivery window of 3 days, 2 weeks after pick-up. As the delivery approached I was not updated by Fine Moving. After calling to check-in I was told that they were unable to contact the driver, given a phone number and told to deal with the driver myself. After the delivery window had passed I was contacted and told that my delivery would be 1 day late. I took time off of work to accept delivery which was now on a weekday. The delivery never came and I was told it would take another 2 days. Once the delivery arrived I took more time off work and was charged a $150 unloading fee. After calling to verify the fee I was told that I would be refunded. This refund has not been paid 2 months after delivery. Fine moving refused to make any concessions for the misleading quote, late delivery, extra fees and time off of work. After several complaints and exhchages with Fine Moving I told the company I would contact the Revdex.com.The response I recieved was a threat from [redacted], whom I quote "This distgusting e-mail will cause you problems!!!!!!"Fine Moving effectively held my belongings for ransom, collecting an overage of approximately $2,000 which I classify as theft.Desired Settlement: Given the inconvenience, time off of work, mis-represented pricing and potentially criminal business practices I believe that a fair settlement is a full refund of all amounts paid.At a minimum I believe that the origianl quote should be honored and that all fees except the disclosed fuel surcharge should be refunded to me.I also recommend that the Revdex.com do everything in its power to sanction and penalize Fine Moving to protect other consumers from these unethical business practices.
