The complainant came into the store on 7/**/14 to get acrylic tips and a manicure done. The complainant was not satisfied with the job performed and asked for a refund of $28.00 which was refunded to her...

The complainant's allegation that she was cursed at and thrown out is not factual or true at all

P.s. I was refunded after I called the police and the police literally begged them to refund me. The refund was made after my complaint was submitted to Revdex.com.

Review: I did my nails with a protective coating. Within 15-20 minutes my nails started to peel. I came later the next day and the [redacted] on duty told me to come in on Monday to redo them again. I came in and asked to pay the difference to do another service because I didn't want to have the same problem. She then said okay and told me to come back in an hour because there was not enough staff at the time. I agreed and came back earlier than the hour. The difference of the price would have been $7. Initially I paid $13, the new service was $20 so all I had to pay was the difference which was $7 dollars. Then the [redacted] said no it's $15 because it's a new service and because it's being done by another person it's another charge. No where in the policy is that stated. I asked for my money back she said no, and to come back on Tuesday (4-**-15) to talk to the [redacted]. All I want to do is pay the difference for the new service because I was dissatisfied with the other service!Desired Settlement: I want either my money back for the service or pay the difference to have the desired outcome for the service I want! No where in that salon says you can't get your money back. Nor dose it say you must have the same technician to provide the service so you don't get charged more!

Review: I came to fine nails at 2:3pm to have services done. These services were a manicure and acrylic tips. The employee agreed to give me a refund because the nails were not done properly and I ask for a refund. The [redacted] asked how much were the services and the employee said $26 when it was a $28 refund. They refused to give me a receipt also for my services and proceeded to curse and throw me out the store.Desired Settlement: A full refund for the amount of $28
