She talked to me at a show to shoot some artistic photos for her and things constantly changed regarding what she wanted and the end results. I provided what she had requested with the edits, and she was unhappy with it. She requested unedited, raw format photos, which photographers do
not send out. I would be more than happy to talk to her to make her happy with the products because I like her a lot. Photography is a tough thing because people don't always feel confident and good about what they see in the photos. I provided the high graphic images to her through emailThe images I sent her were fully edited. I have no problem changing the format of the photos to a jpeg so she can open them up. They are in a 'raw format' which not everyone can open up unless they have the certain software. I would be more than happy to send her the images, unedited, in the jpeg format without my name so she can print them

I am rejecting this response because:I have been asking, begging for Jim to send me photos...disk of what he took I have only seen of them via email, of which I loved I TOTALLY understand that he does not have the time to edit hundreds of photos...nor would all of them be worthy of editing Nothing against his photography, its just unrealistic to think all shots will turn out But I wanted to see them, and have asked, begged and yet NOTHING He said he would send me a metal print for my trouble of the photo I liked....have not seen that either I think it would be best if we parted ways and I would like a refund I have text messages and emails to support my requests if need.
