On the 17th of January, we sent him the [redacted] Cooling Kit, the missing motor cable, a new Emergency stop switch. He has since confirm that he got them. In addition, even though we sent him the [redacted] Cooling kit, we still refunded him the entire purchase price of the product as a gesture of good faith.
