in advance- I have a traumatic brain injury so I apologize in advance for my writing skills.
I ordered product from this company which was delivered a day early ( see email of scheduled arrival to doc) to a dock which I contracted with to have this order dropped at. The dock was a requirement of my terms. The *** driver again which arrived a DAY EARLY- refused to pull into the doc and the doc staff despite a it was not my appointment time- still were helpful and tried to guide this driver into a large open dock- he was unable to pull in, was rude and left. I notified FINELINE of this issue. A new driver returned and delivered on the actual day of my verified delivery.
I had to bring all the product y facility and learn the hard way on my own, that ALL the cases of product were damaged. I had to fight with this company for them to finally acknowledge and take responsibility for the damage -that their product was indeed damaged and should not have left their facility. They did issue me a refund for $1496.81.
The next problem occurs when the vendor I used for the dock, starts getting a bill from *** for $194.84 for the re-delivery of the order. I contacted Kelly V at FINELINE and she told me via email on February , 2020 at 12:20 pm to disregard it & they were responsible and to ignore it.
Since that date, my vendor is still receiving late bills, threatening to sue me if I don't pay as hes worried about his credit. I have called, emailed fineline on numerous occasions ( have all the information) and they refuse to help or let me talk to the owner Abraham F. This company is awful and they are at fault for all of this mess. I have an 11 page letter going out today via certified mail. This is not how a business should operate. They know they are at fault. PLease help me
Freight Bill Number-*** (add 65 ) at the end*** it was identifying as a social security number & I could not enter it in correctly in this space- your system would not allow DATE 12//2019 $194.84

Fineline (Shipper) took responsibility and paid all of the freight charges. Any additional fees such as re-delivery is between the carrier and the customer.

In this case, *** charged a re-delivery due to the fact that they were unable to unload when they attempted delivery. This is something that is out of the shippers control and the shipper is not responsible for said fees.

We hope this clears up any confusion there is here.

[YAugust *** 2020My response is as follows:The effects of a Traumatic Brain Injury will not allow me to eloquently detail this response any better than I have tried- I have provided the facts that spell out the truth for me and the deceit of this company in my email communications with them.I will not waste my precious time with this company any longer.Fineline Settings is responsible for this invoice. I will not pay these charges and will be happy to file a legal claim if they do not pay this bill immediately. I have more than enough documentation to take this publically into a court room and or bring in the local tv station. I certainly hope the Revdex.com will find this company responsible and that Fineline Settings should immediately rectify this issue.They contracted *** Freight to deliver this order on TUESDAY, DECEMBER , 2019. SEE the employees email to me- confirming the date. The driver showed up a day earlier and refused to deliver- this was not even the scheduled date and again not my fault and this is not my responsibility to control the logistics of ***. This is the responsibility of the Fineline to deal with ***. The contracted with *** privately.I contracted with a 3rdparty vendor MOONLIGHT to arrange for a dock for Tuesday, December , 2019 per my terms with Fineline Settings for delivery of goods which I prepaid for. This date was confirmed by Erin. Fineline Settings contracted with *** FRIEGHT to make the delivery.SEE ERIN’S EMAIL DATED: December , 2019 at 8:34 confirming the DELIVERY – Again, the truck showed up a date early and the driver refused to deliver the goods- not my problem- that is FINELINE SETTINGS ISSUE.***

To their response:
FINELINE IS CLEARLY LYING, they are not a trusted company. Moreover I have legal proof in an email from ERIN (#) -which I am repeatedly able to prove in their written communication- see #*** and communication from DECEMBER *, 2019 (#*) I was told not only via phone, but in writing ON DECEMBER ***, 2019 at 8:34 am (#) from ERIN that my merchandise would arrive on TUESDAY, December , 2019 the FOLLOWING DAY!! Though the truck arrived shortly after our email. a DAY EARLY. I hired the dock for TUESDAY, DECEMBER , 2019.
It was stated (#6) on December ***, 2019 via Erin that a dock was necessary for my delivery. I hired Moonlight Specialties for the purpose of their dock and services. In a confirmation email from Erin, ( SEE #10 Dated Monday, December , 2019 ) she clearly stated that *** FREIGHT would be delivering the goods again on TUESDAY, DECEMBER , 2019. I asked when the delivery would occur and she stated it in the email.
Despite the driver arriving a date late at the dock- the owner of the Dock, ( Moonlight Specialties) DID INDEED allow the driver to unload. The DRIVER refused to pull into the dock.
As the customer, not the contractor who hired *** FREIGHT- Moonlight could not force him to unload- again the driver showed up a day EARLY!!! Despite showing up a day early- we were still willing to accommodate in order to get my goods. We had no control over the driver refusing to pull into the dock. He said he was no able to pull in. Moonlight even offered to back him in to the dock, and he left.
WE HAD NO CONTROLL OF A *** FREIGHT DRIVER REFUSING!!!!!!!!!! to make the DELIVERY.

This delivery was made by common carrier and we can only reiterate again that we have no control over the day of delivery by carrier.

Attached is a copy of purchase order we received from customer and as you can see it has NO appointment request notated.
