Review: In July, a vehicle that I previously owned was repossessed by the company that financed it per a mutual agreement. A few days later [redacted] company allowed him to borrow a company vehicle for a while. Between July 31 and August 1 a tow company [redacted] in [redacted] VA, towed his car from the visitor's spot. The reason was he was in the right spot but he didn't have a visitor pass hanging in the window. When [redacted] car was repossessed, the pass was in the car so we no longer have it. On August 1 I, [redacted] went to the office to retrieve a new pass for [redacted] Company car. The manager tried to debate with me on why the car was towed. I reminded her that I was not there to debate why the car was towed we need a new pass for our loaner vehicle and I wanted to put in a third request to have my toilet fixed. The manager stated that if I could prove that our previous car was repossessed she would give a new pass. I brought her personal records for which she made a copy of and put in a folder. The manager refused to give me a new pass and said that if I didn't pay for the old pass that was lost she would put it on my credit. After having a car repossessed that is the least of my worries. The lady made a phone call to someone saying I would not leave and that I was getting violent and out of hand. I am 6 months pregnant there is no way that I would get violent or allow a situation to get that far out of hand with anyone to risk losing my baby. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I have never been so insulted in my life! She would not give me the number for the corporate office to file a complaint and she told me to research it, which I did. The corporate office told me her behavior was out of line, and someone would contact me in 24 hours. After following up with them I am still waiting on a call from the corporate office. I would also like to add the laundry services here substandard. The machines never work it is a money pit for residents.Desired Settlement: If my husband can not park a car that was loaned to him where he lives we will consider terminating this lease agreement. We need a new visitors pass for him and also out visitors. Paying for a visitors pass was never in my copy of the leasing agreement. This company is trying to over charge me for a late rent payment, and their reason for it is not defined in my lease. I need those overages removed from my account.
