On thursday July 27th. I was enjoying gallery night. I came across Stephanie Horne Boutique. I had never been there so I decided to check it out. When I walked into the store there were three woman working there. I was not greeted by any of them. There were not very many people in the store so they were not too occupied to notice that a customer had walked in. As I walked through the store the woman were talking amongst themselves in a very unprofessional manner and they were not being customer focused. I was in the store for a good amount of time and they had plenty of chances to acknowledge my presense but they did not. I felt like I was being ignored. Everytime I would go near any of the woman they would turn their head and pretend they did not see. I felt these woman did not want to put forth energy into doing their job. At this point I felt very uncomfortable. There were a a few items that I was interested in however at that point I was upset and did not want to do business with them. I 've been working in customer service for many years and I know how to treat a customer and ignoring a customer and refusing to help them is definitely not how you treat a customer. I have to assume that this has happen to other customers that have been in the store. Due to their unprofessionalism they lost my business and I am confident this is not the only potential customer they lost because their unfocused customer service attitude. These kinds of incidents give Stephanie Horne a bad reputation and it is truly ashame.
