I am rejecting this response because:cost down qas never discussed[redacted] would come by and take a quick look to see if its a simple fix like their mechanic jessy did times before [redacted] came with trailer and took it for about weeksNo phone calls were ever received during these weeks [redacted] brought cart back with a billWe were told by [redacted] there would be no chargeWe are adding on to our house and this is priority one to our family over a cat that we hardly useWe tell alot of people to stay away from woodys
Customer called us to look as his cart, we told him we would pick it up and check it out for no chargeHe did advise us of personal financial problems at that time, and we did say we would do what we could to keep the cost downWe did call him back and advise him of the problem and what it would costHe gave us the authorization to fix the car and bring backAfter receiving the car back he said he wasn't going to payHe stated that he doesn't use the car and repairing the house was more important than paying for the car and that he was screwed over by the housing contractorWe were going to offer him extended terms, or even a reduced price, but he just hung upWe did do work on the car back in February for something unrelated to this problem
