I was blown away with the speed at which these guys did my moveThey loaded and packed up or items in no timeThey were polite and very careful handling our belongingsThe truck was new and clean and then men were uniformed and looked like they really knew what they were doingThe move went without a hitch and I was impressed with how the guys worked as a team together to get things doen quickly!
Ok so there were two main concerns I had regarding hiring a professional moverone was being able to afford a long distance move and the other was my stuff getting to its destination intact after being on the road a thousand miles and I am so pleased with the job of Finest Movers that I just want to give a public kudos to these gretat guys I am so happy to have such a smooth moving service

I hired Finest Movers Incto help me move from Ohio to North CarolinaTo complete the reservation with Finest Movers Inc, I had to put down a $deposit On the moving date (Saturday, 9/19/15), THE MOVERS NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Customer Service does not work on the weekends, so I could not reach anyone to let me know why the movers did not show I asked for a refund of my deposit early the following weekThey apologized, stated they would send a check, but THE REFUND NEVER CAME! I followed up on 10/9/They stated they would send another checkTHE REFUND NEVER CAME! I followed up again on 10/16/They said no check had been mailed out and a check would be mailed by the end of businessI asked for a tracking number and they refusedTHE REFUND NEVER CAME! I have been fighting for this refund for over months! Finest Movers Inc RIPPED ME OFF! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
It's seldom that companies live up to their height nowadays but I just want to kiss thanks to finest movers for living up to their name and their promises they picked up when they said they would and it delivered when they said they would is well everything came to our house intact and the price quoted is exactly what we paid to the penny awesome job thank you for doing the booth for us that's a great price as well finest mover's
People of America I have a once in a lifetime offer for you a moving company who will make you question all things great in your lifeEast Coast Moving and Storage based out of Hallandale, FlThis was my first mistake; I looked at reviews for similarly named company based out of IllinoisI'll take the blame for that oneEast Coast Moving and Storage will not only rob you blind but they will smile and tell you everything is alright while doing so! You almost feel inclined to work with them; they tell you exactly what you want to hear at the exact right timeI know it works, that's how I got my wife to marry me [redacted] The initial guy who does the consultation to tell you how much space you will need on the truck has absolutely no idea what he's talking aboutHe was off on my "estimate" three foldThis will inevitably lead you to paying much more to the company when they show up to pack the itemsHe will completely bold face lie to you about delivery datesI shopped around with several moving companies; they all gave me a 7-day window for deliver after pickup [redacted] the gentleman with East Coast gave me a day windowI questioned him about it saying everyone else was 7-he told me not to worryIt won't be an issue getting your items delivered in that day windowAs time is always of essence I agreed to a deal with *** If I've convinced you to look at other companies' great, best of luck! If I still haven't dissuaded you from using this company please continue to read, and then seek medical help because you've clearly got some deep seeded problems that need resolved So in the beginning [redacted] told me that his company would be handling everythingHe told a lie***! I thought we had a thing, your son and I have the same nameWe talked ***, it was nice! Why did you do this to me ***! I should have seen it coming when they missed first pickup datesFinally after multiple cancellations (total) they arrived and when the movers showed up I found out that they were a contracted company, and that they didn't work for East CoastThey wrapped everything, loaded it in the truck etc...The lead guy on the piteam ensured me that he was leaving and driving straight north to deliver my items and that they would arrive in Tennessee the next day to deliver my itemsI was happy; I even tipped all of them very well! This is what had been verbally agreed upon from the beginningShame on me for verbally agreeing to anything! Needless to say the items went South, to Hallandale, FL to sit in a warehouse until they were ready to deliver themThe written contract said they could (again my ignorance for not reading) have up to days to deliver, or in the event of bad weather After several phone calls the following day trying to find out where my items were (I thought there were arriving the next day or so) I got no answerSo I tried the next day, finally reached someone after about calls (they do not like answering phonesI can only assume someone was sick and coughed on all the phones)The guy told me that in order to get my items I would have to pay for the deposit and 60% of the remaining costFine that was great I was more than happy to pay, but again [redacted] lied...When agreeing to the terms he told me I could pay with a credit card, this new guy told me that they only accepted cash and electronic transfersObviously I was mad; I wanted to get miles on my credit card! So I made the transfer and paid them, at this point he told me my items would be loaded the following day and delivered soonWell a week goes by...NothingI've called probably timesI had to *my number to get them to answer meI finally found a respectable gentleman that worked for them [redacted] and he was able to get me some concrete answers Final concerns...So after weeks my items arrived from Florida to Tennessee (guys its only milesI could have ridden my bike in that amount of time) the gentleman who were delivering once again worked for a different companyThey were nice guys, did a great job of unloading the itemsAlthough when I looked in the truck all of the items were literally just thrown in thereWe had boxes that were breaking at the seams, we lost a book shelf in the journey (RIP bookshelf, you were an excellent holder of my books)The foot-board of my bed was broken in twoMy TV! It had a tiny crack in the upper corner, we are still finding things People of America! I can't tell you enough how bad of a company this isThey bold face lied to me on different occasions, they destroyed several of my items, and they caused me to get a gray hair in my beard! Again I suppose I have to take some of the blame for my ignorance and belief that there are still good people in the business world who don't want to take advantage of youSo please people of America hear my plea! Don't ever work with East Coast Moving and Storage out of Hallandale Florida! Good Luck America!
