Review: I ordered a bunk bed in February of 2012, at that time the business made me aware that the bed was on back order and he delivered a different bed to use temporarily until the correct one came in. I explained to him that the bed I ordered was the one needed because it was made of stronger wood and also had an attached dresser. The temporary one was much weaker and did not have a dresser. I called on several occassions to check on the status but it was still back ordered. Finally in October 2012 I was informed the bed was in the warehouse and I would receive it shortly. Again I called several more times to check on the status and I kept being told the owner will call me back. In March of 2013 I stopped in the store and was told someone would call me but no one ever did. I then called and again was told someone would call me back but again no one ever did. It has been over a year and at least in the past I was getting a response but now I am obviously being ignored and left with a cheap bed that already is partially broken.Desired Settlement: I did want the bed but since the owner has began ignoring me I would now like them to just come and pick up the loaner bed and refund my money in full for the bed that has been on back order for over a year.
