I am writing in regards to the new letter that we received 10/24/2016. I spoke to a representative at [redacted]/**; and she stated they do not have a special code to submit due to the insurance...
not offering a separate allowance for brace removal. All insurance has been billed off of the lifetime maximum. I have worked closely with [redacted] to achieve the maximum insurance that they are allotted. I have resubmitted the claim to the insurance company at their request on 10/25/2016. I sent a copy of the claim that we had to fax to [redacted] due to the other one being un-readable. I also sent a copy to the parents. I spoke to the father at his son's appointment and he was pleased with the copies that he received. Hopefully the insurance company will process it this time.
