At no time has Ms [redacted] entered into any contractual agreement with Finger Lakes Premier Properties, nor has FLPP received any payments or revenue of any kind from Ms [redacted] ; she was simply included within the list of guests furnished by another individual that did contract our vacation rental services.The maintenance problem that occurred during Ms [redacted] ’s stay at FLPP’s vacation rental, [redacted] Cottage, was addressed by our Maintenance Team on the same day that it was reported to usAt the conclusion of the service call, the problem was believed by our Maintenance Technician and Ms [redacted] to have been remedied.The problem re-presented two days later and once again our Maintenance Technician was dispatched to the propertyAt that time, it was determined that the scope of the problem was beyond the abilities of our Team and an outside source was contacted to make the repair.Ms [redacted] did indeed make multiple calls to our offices for status on the completion of the repairs but was not satisfied when told that we were unable to confirm an exact time for the repairs as they had been assigned to an outside vendor.When Ms [redacted] demanded financial compensation for her inconvenience, she was advised that per company policy, any negotiations for compensation must be addressed with the reservation holderI personally placed a call to the reservation holder and invited her to contact me if she wished to discuss what had occurred, and furnished my direct contact informationNo contact has been made by the customer in regards to this matter, either during or after their stay at [redacted] Cottage.Sincerely,Kim G., Guest Services ManagerFinger Lakes Premier Properties
