Tis provider is usually on time with no difficulty. In this instance, I did have my refuse out on the appointed day as my calendar is marked every other Monday. problem started that by Wednesday the refuse was still there , but the recyclables were picked up which is always the same day I called three times inquiring and each time that day all ail got was an answering system Thursday again I called and again no person on phones that they claim is always there. I called 3 time Thursday to no avail and no return call. I again called on Saturday am again 3 times to no avail No one ever answered my calls that morning or afternoon,
This company has a tendency to always blame their customers when they make errors or forget to pick up then promptly assail the customer making me out to be a stupid old lady that cant keep her days straight. They did pick up the next week, they promptly picked up AGAIN the following Monday getting back to THEIR schedule
I highly resent this entire episode being blamed on my being an senior that they insinuate are giving me a great discount because of my age.
To this company, ITS ALWAYS SOMEONE ELSES FAULT MAINLY THE CUSTOMER no apologies then go on from them ever. Always call to tell you that your boxes are not broken by their men or the fact that throw them all over the place. that seems to have been rectified since I complained In 14 years with them I have only complained 2x so the comment they are always being pestered by my is false The day of pickup is marked on my calendar
so I doubt if one were off,or they would all be off
The manger of this place is always rude when calling and insinuates immediately that you are wrong and will at times shout over you to make a point They could really use a person that handles customer correctly
