I would like to respond to this complaintFirst off this customer dropped his camper off without an appointmentWe have been running about three weeks behind on appointments all seasonNext, he had only called once before we started work on his camper Once we diagnosed the problem with his
camper, one of the technicians called him and advised him the power converter had to be replaced and he should also replace the battery Those two parts plus installation would be an estimated $plus the diagnosis and the other items he requested to be repaired which being electrical in nature, repair cost could not really be determinedThe power converter had to be ordered which took a few daysThe only other call from the customer was when he was told his unit was doneAs to the conversation with the tech, it went like this: the tech tried to explain what he said when he had called the gentleman with estimate and what was done to repair the camperThe customer seemed to understand what had to be done but couldn't grasp why he wasn't told of the additional costTechnician again tried to explain on electrical problems an exact quote is not possibleCustomer kept badgering the tech and tech said "I am only "bleepin" human"After the customer paid his bill, he asked me why I could let the tech swear at himI told him that I didn't think the swear word was directed at himAt that point, he neglected to tell you, he was writing on a business card which he threw at me nearly hitting me in the faceIt was at that time I told him to leaveI feel I was justified and so did the customer standing behind himSincerely, Owner Finger Lakes R.V

After reviewing the complaint, please be advised that our technician and I appologize for the use of foul language. Also for the misunderstanding of the total repair work needed and was done to the customer's vehicle. We are willing to credit said customer $200.00 on his repair cost.
