My review of Alarm Masters is mixedThe owner, Brian [redacted] provided an excellent security assessment of our residence and made some sound recommendationsUnfortunately, the work took multiple trips due to some miscommunications between some of his contractors and techniciansAdditionally, the system is still not fully functional as quoted and on two occasions I had to resolve wiring issues that disabled the alarm left behind when the technician leftThere were some charges we questioned but these were not resolved and we feel we were overcharged for the work and left with a negative view of the company despite there high competenceWhile I would recommend their work, I would also recommend a firm contract with performance criteria and cost not to exceed clause
Service has been excellent and they installed a highly customized system in my home They call within a minute of the system being set off and I get notification of it being armed/disarmed and if it has gone off instantly with the [redacted] app Much cheaper per month than the national companies and no contract
Our medical practice has had a very negative experience with this company The system was not installed properly by their installer, Valente [redacted] and we have had a constant problem with communication errors that they blamed on the telephone company We had the system checked by a third party who immediately identified the deficiencies and errors that occurred It will be less expensive for us to take out the poorly installed system and put in a brand new system than to try to fix the old one Run, do not walk, away from this company!
