In response to Mr *** complaint, The order was placed on Tuesday, May 5th to be delivered on Monday, May 9thIn an extra effort to get the flowers to Mr *** recipient on mothers day we were able to get them delivered on Sunday, May 8th

While we do appreciate Mr *** support of our business, we cannot issue a refund as we performed our services as requested, with product that was filled to full value

I have an e-mailed receipt dated Sunday, May 1, 2016, at 8:p.m(PST) from FinickyFlowers via the FlowerShopNetwork.com, which clearly states that the order was to be delivered on Saturday, May 7, 2016, at a cost of $(I attached a PDF copy of the receipt with my original grievance to the Revdex.com.)
I believe Mr*** has confused my order with my order
If you look at the PDF Mr*** provided, you will clearly see that the order, delivery and payment dates were all for Last year, I placed an online order with the same flower shop on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, 6:a.m(PST)Those flowers were set to be delivered to my mother's home on Saturday, May 9, 2015, at a cost of $Those flowers were delivered on time, and my mother was happy with the bouquet, which is why I sought to do business with this shop again
The invoice Mr*** has provided to the Revdex.com is not related to this complaintAnd despite Mr*** assertion, those flowers were NEVER delivered to my mother's address on Monday, May
