On 3/15/17 I requested quotes to have the window replaced by the customer with no response. On 3/16/17 I myself found a glass replacement company to do the job for $199 installed plus tax. I notified Dawn and her husband and that if they got it replaced for $199, I would cover 50% of that cost...
totaling $99.50 + tax as neither myself or the customer was at fault in this claim. It is now up to them to get the work done and bring me the bill to get a check cut for $99.50+tax.
