This is in response to the complaint made by *** *** Guest checked in and did have issues with her roomEcolab was called right away, but we are at the mercy of that company as far as getting them out to the propertyThe day they received the complaint they did not have any other
rooms for Ms*** to move toShe was asked on that Friday if she would like to move, but she declinedShe is saying this never happened, but two of the employees were witnesses to this Ms*** did not extend her stay past her checkout date, which was the ultimate reason she had to checkoutWhen a guest does not extend their stay and the room is booked by another guest we have to accommodate the guaranteed reservation coming in Ms*** was refunded weeks stay for all of her issues, which was equivalent to approximately $This amount was given back in cash on the day she checked out giving her funds to relocated to a new hotel This was decided by corporate at the management company and will be the extent of any refunds given to Ms*** Thank you, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I was not offered a room that Friday and I would not have declined if I were offered another roomWho would want to stay in a roach infested room with roaches all over the placeI have picturesI was told by the general manager that I am being asked to leave because she felt that I was not happy with my stay thereI recorded this conversation as wellShe also indicated that the company has had situations like this before and they have to protect themselves from any situations that may come from themI asked her to explain what type of situations but she declined to say, but I knew what she was referencing toI was forced to leave Tuesday, July 7, before 11:am and I did. In my moving and unpacking at my new location, I have found that clothing items with price tags still on them were missing from my roomSpecifically a black and white tunic blouse I purchased from Steinmart with the price tag still on on it in the amount of $I did not want to return to that horrific place and deal with the staff any longerI just prayed that who ever took it will have to deal with God in their actions. The world is so dishonest and angry now, so many people feel that they have to lie to justify their actionsGod knows the truthI moved into the hotel because I had recently been a victim of domestic violence and was escaping my abuserI was issued an order of protection and was trying to recover from wounds that were afflicted upon meI know that Value Place doesn't care about my troubles and what I had been throughBut thanks to them and this treatment, it has made me stronger and I truly realized how much people have lost their moral ethics and VALUES! I pray for them as well
