Do we know if [redacted] is giving a complaint for services he rendered or for a family member? [redacted] only received two Acupuncture treatments which he paid for at the time of service, never mentioned any complaint. However, I show a family member, [redacted] , received more Acupuncture services which were... submitted to her health insurance. It does seem one date of service (8/27/16) had duplicate charges submitted to the insurance company. With that being said, usually the insurance company will deny this as duplicate, but if they did not we would most definitely correct this error. Kayla has been speaking with [redacted] and [redacted] did provide explanation of benefits recently and Kayla contacted BCBS to take care of the billing error. She is currently checking on the status of claim adjustment with BCBS.
