Finish Line Signing

Review: I am a Notary Public in the State of Washington. I did 3 Notary loan signings for Finish Line, Inc. in the month on November. One was on November 5, 2013 with an agreed upon fee of $100, the second was on November 13, 2013 with an agreed upon fee of $25 and the third was on November 20, 2013 with an agreed upon fee of $85. The total they owe me is $210. As of today, March 10, 2014, I still have not been paid. I have emailed them numerous times regarding the past due payments. I got an email from Barbara Bitela at Finish Line, Inc. on January 29th, 2014 acknowledging that they owed me the $210 and she was sending it to the owner ([redacted]) for his approval to pay. I never got paid and now they are not answering my emails or phone calls. They were paid by the title companies for my services for work that I completed but have not paid me.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the $210 payment for my services that they have acknowledged that they owe.

Review: I have worked for this company off and on for several years and have to wait several months to receive payment for services I have performed. I did three loan signings for them in the month of December and have yet tobe paid. I have sent several emails and have not received any responses letting me know when I can expect payment.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive payment for the work I did for them in December.
