Finished Appeal

Dear *** ***I am responding to ID *** submitted by *** ***Customer tried on the tuxedo jacket and pants at my request - I do not require them to try on the shirt, vest, and tie as these are all adjustable-they are certainly allowed to if they chooseHe came out of the dressing room
and we all agreed that they fit fine (jacket and pants)We even discussed how nice the fabric was since it is the most expensive tux we rentThere was time to exchange any pieces needed if I had been informed of any problems beforehand, I even keep extra pieces on hand - just in caseWhen the tux was returned they told me about the shirt which I would have possibly rectified but it was dirty around the collar and definitely worn by someone(I do have a picture if needed) was never informed of the pant issue until I received this letterThe customers Mother received a phone call on her cellphone while we were discussing the issue and they turned and walked outI did not mean to appear arrogant, I thought it strange they would return a dirty shirt and want credit when it obviously was worn.Sincerely,Kim L***Owner, Jasmine Rose Florist & Tuxedo Rental

The tux we rented was not the most expensive they haveThe associate who helped said the pants looked ok but when wearing shoes it would help on the lengthIt did notWe called the day of prom to inform about pants and shirt and was told it was to late to exchangeSo yes yes shirt was worn since there was no exchangePants had to be rolled up inside to keep from walking on.
