Review: Finishing Touch Masonry promised us a high quality blacktop for our driveway and what they produced was fair at best. The blacktop material is full of large rocks and pieces which leaves gaps and holes in the blacktop which is visible. The edges are messy and overlap the brickwork that preexisted. Also, on certain edges the blacktop has a lip that comes up between a half inch to 3/4 of an inch which creates a dangerous situation. When we confronted the [redacted] he said that is the best he could do and did NOT offer to help fix the problems in any way. He just gave us an attitude.Desired Settlement: We would like our driveway redone with the quality blacktop we were promised and with the quality workmanship we were promised as well.
