makes it a little difficult to resolve. That being said, please realize we wash thousands of cars a month, even our employees wash 2-3 times a week, yet we have no problems. Not to sound judgemental in any way, [redacted] is driving a 20 or so year old car and the only way the mirror would fall off is because it was loose or already damaged ( maybe undetectable ) beforhand. We understand [redacted] viewpoint and hope he can see ours. Also note that we have a bright green disclaimer sign posted on our building before you enter the wash tunnel ( see attached sheet ). If you investigate our company you will find we have an excellent reputation with quality product and customer service. We are confident that we are not at fault in this matter but we did offer to pay for half the damage to [redacted] because we felt bad this happened and hoped this would help him in some way. We hate to see a customer leave our facility with an unhappy experience. Hope this information helps  Joseph B. V[redacted]
