Finisterra Apartments

When I moved into this apartment I was so excited and couldn't wait to move into my luxury apartment in a gated community or so I thought My first night moving into my two bedroom $a month apartment I was welcomed by a nice sized cockroach crawling up my bedroom wall along with a few in my kitchen At first I went to the office and informed them of the roach problem and the women in the front office seemed surprised stating the apartment was just exterminated before my arrival and that they would send someone over to address the issue An exterminator arrived that next week and sprayed my home for me to later be charged for the services without me being informed of this from the beginning I have lived at this apartment for less than a year and no matter how many times I pay to have them exterminate or paying out of pocket for my own products to get rid of the roaches, I come across a roach in my home EVERYDAYThey come out the pipes as well as the wallsBesides the lovely roaches in my luxury apartment, I have a leaking bathroom sink which I've asked to be fixed, maintenance took a week to come "fix" the issues causing me to have to put a bathroom towel underneath my sink so the water doesn't leak to my floor If your ever late on your rent they are quick to put a letter on your door but not as quick to fix any maintaince issues OR the infested roach problem they have I will NEVER recommend anyone to ever live here They may look amazing on that outside but they are not worth what their asking for
