However, the employment screening is horrible! We had background screens that required additional employment screeningIn 4/screenings it took 2-weeks to complete the screensIn addition, in the notes it showed they only only tried to call the employer time per WEEK and in one case, they only contacted employer out of several
Then the final straw was, we had an employment screen that was on its 3rd week and the employment screen showed an alert that needed review
We checked it out and the results were really drastically odd and didn't make sense
(EXAMPLE - not real data) -> This candidate had three employment screens being doneThe first check verified that our candidate was a doctor from 2004-Our second check which needed review on verified that he was a Maid from 2006-The third check showed he was a doctor from 2009-
The title change was odd but could have been realSo, we checked with the companyThat's when we realized ADP contacted an employment manager who wasn't even our listed contactWe checked and person they called and verified information didn't even work for the company that we were getting the screen done on
They completely mixed up our second screen with someone else's account!
So on top of being LATE, they gave us incorrect information AND it was vital information that made the candidate appear untrustworthy which could have resulted in termination from employment had we not check on the information ourselves
This is sloppy and poor work from a background screening companyWe have since moved on to a better company with better turn around time and accurate checks
