There has been no offer to resolve my complaint or explanation for this. Order #[redacted] is still showing as a shipping label created but no tracking. This order has therefore not been sent. If it was really returned to sender then surely the company would have been able to tell me this when I contacted them on several occasions since then. I have contacted the customer and his order is being shipped. I explained him the situation as it has been noted about on the website. His package will be shipped outwith a few extra things for his wait, tomorrow . Thank you and once I have tracking information for this customer package....
The customers order has been filled and is shipping out. I will have the tracking number shortly. I have to actually go to the post office. I did upgrade the sample pack bottles to 30ml bottles. I sentboth order # in the same package. Since [redacted] said that he made the purchase. orders #[redacted] and #[redacted]. I will also send the tracking number to you as well once I have received it. Very sorry forthe late response. I have been sick... I have also sent the customer an email letting him know as well. He will receive the package within 7 to 10 days, I will send him tracking as soon as I get it from the [redacted]Thank you[redacted]

Regarding this complaint #[redacted] was shipped with tracking # [redacted], for [redacted] that order was shipped. Now why it does not show tracking I do not know. I did send hima message that I did have a few packages that came back and I do believe one of those may have been his. I...
