Review: I had applied for a bad credit loan online. This company called me and offered me a loan of $3000 and sent me a contract by email. When I spoke with them on the phone they said I would need to send them $450 before they would send me my money. When I questioned how I was to get them the $450 I was told to just follow their instructions- fill out the application and sign it- which would include my banking information and they would then tell me how to get the $450 to them. When I got suspicious of them I checked out the address- calling the corporate office of the building they were supposedly in the suite they say they are using is not occupied and the last residents were not this group. What I wanted to tell them was to keep $450 of the money and send me the rest, but, I did not. What really tipped me off was when I contacted them questioning how things were going to be handled the lady I spoke to ([redacted]) said you have to listen honey and just do what I tell you! No one who handles customers does that. Looking at the contract I see that there is a [redacted] listed as the CEO and when I do a person search through google I do not find that person. The whole thing is very shady!Desired Settlement: I would like the $3000 they say I can borrow without sending them $450 and without providing them with my bank information! And I would like to see them NOT able to scam innocent people.
