Thank you for your assistance with my complaintsI have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # Please add your rejection comments below.
First off, yes, my name is * *** ***, but my current insurance cards DO NOT reflect that!!!!!!! According to my insurance cards my name is: *** * *** which IS INCORRECT!!!!!Further frustrated by this response from the business I again contacted *** Insurance directly today to find out who exactly is responsible for making changes to a policy and to have my name correctedI spoke with *** from the claims department who confirmed it is the agent's responsibility (Finn & Stone) to handle any policy changes, which obviously include correcting someone's nameCase Closed*** was very helpful and told me she would call me back when the issue was resolvedShe called back after about an hour to inform me that my name would be corrected and I would receive updated insurance cards in the mail in about daysHEY FINN & STONE, WAS THAT SO HARD????!!!!! So, because of Finn & Stone's absolute lack of customer service and what seems to be a steadfast commitment to laziness someone else had to do their job for themThe first half of my complaint has been resolved with NO HELP from Finn & Stone.The second part of my complaint is the dispute over the refund amount I am owedI paid for two vehicles in advance for a yearI moved minutes from my previous address and I am billed extra moneyI don't think soThis is what started the disputeMy second vehicle was in in accident and completely unusable for five monthsI simply requested a refund for this timeThe fact that the second vehicle was already payed for and was being put back on after the down time waives any kind of loss of the multi car discountIf not, it's Finn & Stone's responsibility to eat the lossI am owed $39.10, anything less in a personal insult and will most likely be decided in court

*** Insurance runs MVR(motor vehicle record) on the named insured on all new policiesThe insured's MVR came back showing his name as * *** *** issued the policy with the named insured to match the MVRThis was explained to Mr*** that the insuring company, not the agency,
requires this procedureThis seems to be company specific to ***Regarding any return premium Mr*** may be due, again is driven by several factors, which are beyond the agency control and are determined by the insuring company based on their underwriting guidelinesSpecific to Mr***'s policy and the changes which were made during the policy term are the following. Effective Date , Nov 17, 2014, the second vehicle was removed from the policy, resulted in the loss of the multi car discount the company offer for multiple vehicles on a policy, from date forward for the remaining policy termThe rate increased for one vehicle. Effective date, April 20, 2015, when the second vehicle was added back on the policy, making the policy eligible for the multi-car discount from that date forward for the remaining policy termThe rate on both vehicles reflected the discount. .Effective June 3, the insured moved from *** ***, VT to ***, Vtresulting in an increase premium from date forward for the remaining policy term. With the above effective dates of change to the policy term and impact in premium each determined, the approximate net credit of would be due to Mr*** from that term
