I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI % disagree with Finns ConstructionHe did replace plywood on the roof and charged us dollars for it (he is lying)He wrote it on receipt, which I have a copy ofI had separate roofing companies go up on my roof and give me quotes. All said that the roof needs to TOTALLY be redone and replacedMrJames Finn never answered ANY of my text messages or phone calls, which I have proof of alsoI am in the middle of bringing him to small claims court, as I have no other choiceThis is no way to run any type of business, by blowing off good paying customersThe roof is sinking in different spotsI need this to be fixed as soon as possible, especially with the winter season aheadI can provide pictures if needed, as I have taken many of them for proofI spent $5,dollars for a roof that is no goodThis man should not be in business at all, and he is lyingI'm sending pics of my roofalso I was charged for plywood on my receipt he lied about putting it on the roofI also sent my original proposal the extra for the plywood is also shownanything more you can do would be helpful thank you *** ***
