Finns Auto is a business with extremely poor customer service and office practices I am extremely discouraged by their clerks/receptionist and manager's professionalism and mannerism of treating a paying customer It is very noticeable that they have no type of customer service training and honestly they don't care what type of customer service they project out to the customer They are not easy to work with and can be harrassing at times A manager or supervisor is never available to speak to over the phone They will not take a payment over the phone unless you pay EXACTLY what they want you to pay even though your upcoming payment is not for a couple of days I would NEVER, EVER recommend this business to anyone in El Paso, TX There are a lot of other used car lots and choices in El Paso, TX that offer better quality used cars and best of all GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
