Thank you for your prompt response and efforts in resolving my dispute This afternoon, the manager I dealt with, *** advised that my vehicle was ready I picked it up and she provided me with the invoice upon request, which shows dates of service during November of 2015, just days after I dropped it off The invoice only shows the body work done, and makes no mention to checking the panel where the water leaked in from the windshield, as I mentioned in my numerous emails and Revdex.com documentation
Furthermore, my vehicle was returned damaged The rear bumper had been cracked and scratched, see attached When I showed the manager, she took pictures and told me to call her on 1/at PM to arrange a repair No apology or explanation was givenWhen I asked for an explanation and to discuss the issues I had, she was less than forthcoming with information As someone who has been dealing with customer service for over years, I can tell you that she came off as someone who did not want to deal with my issue in the slightest As it stands, I had contacted her in the past concerning this issue, and she was dismissive even then I feel as though she did not review the numerous emails from myself or even the communication from the Revdex.com concerning my issue, based on the amount of questions she asked I had to explain several times what needed to be repaired on my vehicle Her attitude was short of rude and her tone and demeanor was that of someone who is overworked and does not care who she lashes out with, customer or subordinate Simply put, she did not have time to deal with my issues
While I recognize this may not be something you can assist with or not, I did feel as though it was something that needs to be addressed I understand that at this time I am not generating any revenue for their business, but it does not call for her behavior, or the dealership's horrendous lack of communicationPlease add this to the case so the dealership can see as well, and any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciatedThanks,
