This business contacted me through YelpAnd gave me a number to callWhich was their business managerThat was over two weeks ago and they do not return calls

We are Full Circle Autowash always strive for the best customer service in Arizona. Tom D*** has been in communication with this customer to resolve all or any issues

We at Full Circle Autowash strive for the best customer service in Arizona. Mrs Kristy's husband brought the car into our Southern location. Later that day, we get a call from MrsKristy stating that we damaged her passenger rim in the tunnel. I was notified of this and
immediately called MrsKristy. I asker her to meet me at one of our locations so we can discuss the damage to her passenger side rim. After walking her through our wash tunnel, we explained to her in depth that there is no way we caused that damage. The driver side tire goes into the conveyor and the passenger side tire never has anything touching it at any time in the wash tunnel. Her husband took the car after it being wash and there was a lengthy time before MrsKristy called up regarding a damage. MrsKristy is always welcomed to call Charlie at ###-###-#### and we can help her find a company to fix her rim, at her cost only

Full Circle Autowash is working with me at this point The oil pan has not been replaced but I am told waiting for the correct part Replacement scheduled for Dec 8,

Tom has reached out, yesterday, 8/15, to return my voicemail and for me to explain the situationHe has stated that he will call today after speaking with the site managerNo resolution has come up yet between the parties involved, and I await the callback today

Everything they stated in there report back to you was a lie. NO one ever took me through the car wash to show me how anything worked I was never even asked if I would like to see it. and they took about 4 days to get back with me to tell me they looked at the video and there is no way they could of damaged my car. One if they had to watch the video knowing what side the damage was on there full of crap.

I was contacted immediately by Mr. P[redacted] from the car wash. He made an appointment with me and personally saw to it that my vehicle was not only finished but went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. It was apparent that the integrity and customer service provided was nothing less than excellent. I will be returning to Full Circle for my car washes and detailing in the future and will recommend it to others.
