I purchase-d a vehicle on October 2019 it is a 2008 F150 and They did not fix vehicle as they had promised. Now I call and they give me the runaround.
I purchased a 2008 F150 and October 2019. They knew there were some issues with the truck and said they were going to get fixed if I purchased it. I purchased a vehicle and Sat in a shop for 3 weeks. Vehicle came out still with issues I advise them vehicle was still not working properly. They advised me to find someone who could fix it and they would help me out. I've gone to many mechanics and haven't been able to get it fixed and they don't wanna fix it because now they're using the excuse it was by as is no warranty. Desired Outcome

If they are willing to fix the truck I *** keep it. Or they can refund me or give me store credit to use in another vehicle

As per our conversation all vehicles are sold "as is".

Apparently, when you bought the vehicle on Oct 12, 2019 we provided some minor repairs at point of purchase. Now, four months later there are some additional problems.

As per our conversation, we would be happy to take a look at the vehicle again to help diagnose the problem. However, the care and maintenance is the responsibility of the registered owner. We provide additional help as a courtesy, not a guarantee.

This used car lot is selling useless cars for an extensive amount to consumers.
12/06/2018 I bought 2008 Dodge Avenger, 108, 000 miles.

2 weeks later, it broke down from the motor. After 2 weeks I received it back and then 3 weeks later the transmission broke down leaving me without a car for 2 months!

When it was returned, the check engine light turned on after 2 days, and the issue is with another major part that will be over 1000 to fix.
08/15/2019 They repossessed the vehicle for 600 dollars and charged me a 250 dollar recovery fee.
08/16/2019 I left work to pick up vehicle, but the lot did not have my vehicle as they stated that the towing company still has my car! They could not even provide me with a time that the car would be returned! I tried looking up the towing company, but it is not an authentic company! (ALSCO of El Paso XXX-XXX-XXXX)
They also required I obtain Full coverage insurance for the vehicle after only needing liability when first purchased. It is not logical to request full coverage now because according to them "the owner requires it". Their practices are unethical. Their customer service women are horrendous as they do not speak English appropriately and they do not know how to effectively communicate with people. I had no other choice at the time of my purchase, but I truly regret buying a vehicle I am having to pay after knowing it is a worthless piece of junk worth 6,000 dollars.
The General Manager of the car lot, *** is a snake charmer. But he hides behind the office staff when issues arise. They are sneaky as they make you write a Google review right there on the spot before they give you the keys to the shiny new junk. There has to be something done to prevent this issue from happening to other consumers.
I have pictures, contract, notes, and receipts of all incidents.

Desired Outcome

The solution I seek is that they refund me the money i have invested to this vehicle. If they do not refund the money then they need to release me from the contract so that I may attempt to purchase a real working vehicle. This is car lot has its own financing company, however, their practices of businesses are very unethical to the consumer. They are crooked and they are thieves!

All vehicles are sold "AS IS". We fixed the motor and transmission at no charge after Ms *** bought the vehicle. We also provided a loaner vehicle during the time that we fixed, also no charge.

We do enforce the contract. Customers need to make payments and have insurance. Being $600 behind is grounds for repossession.

We can take a look at current mechanical issue and provide a wholesale repair price, part of which we can finance over the term of the contract.

The car lot may have sold the car AS IS and without a warranty, however, the GM Jorge Robles, ensured that any mechanical issues would be fixed at no additional cost. All the mechanical issues have amounted over the initial purchase of the vehicle because the car had extensive mechanical damage since before the purchase. The Contract may be enforced to the terms, however, the GM should not be allowed to say what customers want to hear just to make a sale, due to the fact that your lack of empathy affect the customers stuck with useless vehicles.
There should not be a reason to pay for a mechanical issue that had already existed and run the risk of the car lot's mechanic to break something else in the process as done before, just to not deal with the customers. Where is integrity of your business when selling useless vehicles to the customer.
