Rented vehicle was involved in incident and Discount will not send proper document to my insurance company
I rented a vehicle from Discount and declined the insurance as I have insurance on my credit cardIt was involved in an incident where a rock hit the window and cracked itSo I have went through all the necessary paperwork that my insurance needed but they required that the rental agency provide them with a copy of "the final billing letter including the loss of use charges and admin fees" so my insurance called them and told them to send itIt has been over a month and they haven't sent it and now my claim can't be completed because of this rental agency
