restitution for harm done by the said pet store owner, I received a complimentary 7lb bag of cat food directly from the manufacturerI did not receive any correspondence at all from the pet storeI consider the case closed

Review: After shopping at this pet store regularly for over 2 years and purchasing all of my pet products for my 3 cats, this vendor refused to honor a deal on Blue Cat food in which you buy 10 bags of cat food and get one free. I presented everything that was required including 10 required UPC's as proof of purchase. The store owner said "NO. I can't take this. I'm getting rid of this deal." He basically stole $28 from me, and I want it back.Desired Settlement: I will not step foot in that man's store again. I demand a check in the sum of $28.

After contacting the manufacturer of the cat food directly, and requesting restitution for harm done by the said pet store owner, I received a complimentary 7lb bag of cat food directly from the manufacturer. I did not receive any correspondence at all from the pet store. I consider the case closed.
