Fintaztic Fishing

Review: we were scheduled to go on a charter fishing trip on October 11, 2014. the captain requested that we send a deposit of $400.00 on the date of September 20, 2014. the Captain revived the deposit of $400.00 and we were set to go fishing on October 11. 2014. Due to boat problems (on October 9, 2014) the captain cancelled the fishing trip that was scheduled for October 11, 2014. he then stated that he did not have any more openings available to go fishing for the rest of the season. He said that he would send us back our deposit on October 9, 2014. We have tried numerous times to contact him for our refund of $400.00. We spoke to him a few times and each time that we spoke to him he said that the check was in the mail. To this date ( October 27, 2014) we have not received our refund and he has stopped returning phone calls.Desired Settlement: We deserve to get our refund reimbursed.
