I received a defective eyeliner that broke apart when sharpened with a new sharpener. It is not possible to sharpen the eyeliner, so it's unusable. I emailed the company (using the email address they used when they sent my order confirmation email) requesting to exchange the defective eyeliner for a new eyeliner. I also requested to return the lipstick I ordered, because it's greasy and I don't like the scent. I also emailed pictures of the defective eyeliner. It's been over a week, and I have received no response from the company, not an even an email confirming that they received my return request.
FIOR MINERALS HAS NO CONTACT INFORMATION ON THEIR WEBSITE. NO EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER OR PHYSICAL ADDRESS. THEY HAVE NO RETURN POLICY.
I received a letter in regards to a complaint filed. We were in contact with with *** and we refunded her money for the eyeliner along with a lipstick because she said she didn’t like the smell of the essential oil in it. Not quiet sure why she is requesting money again. She received a refund. Let me know how to proceed with this.Thank you.
