valueA few days' later we received a call stating his wife's name was left off the cardThe sales representative specifically remembers repeating the card message back to him to make sure the names were all spelled correctlyI personally took the call and apologized and asked if he would like us to send a nice arrangement or plant to the family with all the names on the cardHis response was we could not make up for the errorWe don't even really feel it was an error because the names and spellings were repeated back to himHe never stated a name was missingWe are a small family businessWe have been in business over years' and we pride ourselves on quality work and customer serviceSincerely, Elaine B
