The staff at Sifton Funeral Home are all so very professional, caring and empathetic. When we were making arrangements for my Dad's funeral service (last June) [redacted] went above and beyond. He met with us on Canada Day (giving up his holiday) to help us make the arrangements. We had a very short timeline in which to have the visitation and service and his kind and gentle guidance was very much appreciated during this emotional time. He spent many extra hours ensuring that everything was ready- and added some very personal touches that were greatly appreciated. We knew he or his staff were available during the visitation if we needed anything (which we did)! Afterwards, they had all the government paperwork ready for us (who we had to call, notify, etc.) which was a tremendous help. [redacted] even delivered flowers after the service to places around town for us and followed up every few days with updates as to donations and email condolences. [redacted] certainly made the entire process very seamless for us and we couldn't have been more thankful and appreciative for his thoughtfulness and kindness.
