Fire Finesse

Review: In December I purchased a [redacted] wood stove. When it was delivered the installer had a difficult time positioning it on the hearth and both sides and the top of the stone were damaged. We were promised it would be fixed right away that the installer would be back within a week to fix it. We never heard back from him so we made multiple attempts to reach the owner in attempt to resolve this. After numerous calls the owner cam out for what we thought was going to be the repair (4-5 weeks after installation). He told us he would have to contact the manufacturer to get the product to repair it. He said we would hear back within a week. It has been another 6 weeks with no word from the company. This unit cost over $3K including installation and I expected an undamaged item.Desired Settlement: I would like this stove repaired to new condition.
