Review: I purchased a fireplace from Fireglow Staten Island NY in February of 2013. The fireplace has a 7 year warranty. In Nov of 2014 I tried to turn the fireplace on and it didn't work. When I called Fireglow they said they no longer sell that model of fireplace and there fore cannot honor the warranty. They gave me the number of a man [redacted] who they said is responsible. [redacted] said he made no money from the sale so therefore he will fix it when he has a job in the area. It is now March 2015.. I have called Empire the company in charge of both these men. I have also called [redacted] the manufacturer of the fireplace. No one will help everyone is out to lunch, in a meeting or left for the day when you call them. [redacted] from Empire supplies the parts for Fireglow or [redacted] to fix the fireplace. However neither one of them feels they have to honor the warranty. [redacted] refuses to have anyone show up and remove the fireplace and replace it with a working one. No one wants to fix it and points the finger at the next guy.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to come to my house and fix the broken fireplace that I paid for.
